Join us for one week or all summer long! At Camp Kerith Day Camp, days fly by, filled with fun, connection, and faith exploration. Kids ages 5-15 will learn new skills as they dive deep into classic camp activities, explore creation through outdoor adventure, and connect with God through Christ-centered convos and songs.
It's a place where curiosity is fostered, new passions are uncovered, and lifelong friendships are formed…all in a safe, loving Christian environment where kids will be inspired to take their next step with Jesus.
This is a great place—wonderfully maintained, lots of activities, great place for kids’ camps, retreats, all sorts of things. The manager is super kind, really energetic. Would always go back here!

You'll feel Camp Kerith’s history the minute you walk onto the property: wood-paneled dining halls, benches around the fire, forest green canoes, refreshing swimming holes, the smell of Eastern pines—this is summer how you remember it, steeped in nostalgia but designed for the modern family.
Day Camp lasts from 7:45 a.m.-5:15 p.m. each day (with extended care options available) and is conveniently located near I-95 in Lyman, Maine. Take the worries out of being a busy or working parent when you know your child is having the time of their life, full of new self-discoveries, individualized achievements, and counselors who invest in them and their development. What safety protocols are in place?
Your child’s safety is our #1 priority! All staff go through a thorough interview process, including reference checks and background checks. Camps have nurses on-site as well as strong relationships with local emergency responders in the rare case that your child needs medical attention. We follow all standards put forth by the American Camping Association for student-to-counselor ratios, staff qualifications, safety, and more.
What are the drop-off and pick-up times for Camp Kerith?
Morning drop-off is between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. each day, and afternoon pickup is between 4:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. Extended care from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. is available as an add on.
Are meals included?
No, we ask that parents send packed lunches and any desired snacks with their child to camp each day.
What is a typical day like at Camp Kerith?
Days at Camp Kerith are anything but boring! Day camp starts off with a morning rally, which includes singing and Bible teaching. Then, campers are divided up into age groups and dive into a day full of structured skill-building activities—think things like riflery, archery, canoeing, and crafting. Breaks are scheduled throughout the day for lunch and time at the beach. The day ends with a closing rally and hanging out with new friends while students wait for parent pick-up—so they can do it all again tomorrow!
How will my child learn about Jesus?
Each day at camp includes group chapel times with worship and Bible teaching, time for small group discussion and application, and dedicated Christian staff members speaking personally into the lives of campers. We welcome and accept campers at every stage of their faith journey. Our camps are highly invitational, encouraging campers to think about God, life’s big questions, and what their next steps of faith might be in the safety of an authentic community.

This site has so many areas to get away for peace and quiet. Beautiful views of the lake and walks through the woods. I love the porch swings around the fire pit. The staff is exceptional. Very friendly and eager to make your experience top notch.
